Step 1. Educate
The Education Step is an overview of various regulations and
how they affect your business. Since everyone in your organization
will be affected in some way by compliance issues, this section is
important for all areas of your organization. This step includes
PowerPoint presentations that you can download and edit for your
own needs.
Check Your Compliance Status
Step 2. Assess
The Assess Step uses a simple, yet comprehensive, self-guided gap-analysis tool
to determine where you are in compliance and where you are not. Your answers
provide the foundation for Step Three - Plan. Your answers will also
be the foundation for the Dashboard or Heat Map. This will
illuminate areas that are out of compliance and present liability to your
organization.
What Do I Need to Do Now?
Step 3. Plan
The Plan Step creates a sample compliance plan for your organization. This
plan gives you a strategy by requirement which includes activities that will
need to be done to become compliant. Information is displayed in multiple
formats such as lists, reports and a calendar to be used in Step Four -
Implement.
We Give You What You Need
Step 4.
Implement
The Implement Step gives you the tools you need such as policy, form and
training templates. You can manage the compliance process from start to finish
by assigning activities, adding tasks and due dates and tracking your estimated
and actual hours worked on compliance activities.
Ongoing Peace of Mind
Step 5. Update
The Update Step continues to support your compliance effort by providing you
with any new laws or requirement changes. If a new or changed regulation
applies to your organization, a new requirement will appear, which you can then
assess, plan and implement. You will also be notified via email when
there has been a change that may affect your organization.
